Tomasetto guarantees the conformity of the Products to European laws and regulations: any other conformity is given if not specifically requested by the customer and agreed in writing.

All the warranty claims shall be sent to your supplier(s) of Tomasetto products, by sending them the editable warranty forms, below available for download, duly filled. Tomasetto Achille Spa will only accept returns from its distribution network which have been authorized.

How to proceed, then, to send a warranty claim?

1- Verify, in first instance, that the installation and calibration procedures have been done in accordance with the instructions listed in the products leaflets and Technical Manuals and Installation Guides (please contact your supplier for further information).

2- If the instructions listed in the FAQ section are not sufficient to solve your problem, fill the editable warranty forms available for download at the bottom of this page.
