  • Verify whether the multivalve screws are properly fixed to the tank. The tightening torque shall be 3-4 Nm.


  • Verify whether the outlet fittings connections are properly fixed. The tightening torque shall not exceed 5 Nm.


  • Verify whether the inlet fittings connections are properly fixed. The tightening torque shall not exceed 5 Nm.


  • Verify whether the manual tap is open.
  • Check the electrical wires connections.
  • If the electro valve is damaged or blocked by dirt contaminants present in the gas, maintain the component.




 



  • Verify whether the tank stem thread is intact.
  • Check the proper tightening torque (200±10 Nm for valves with conical stem and 120±10 Nm for valves with cylindrical stem) and use the locking wrench provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.

  • Verify whether the outlet fittings are properly fixed. The tightening torque shall not exceed 5 Nm.
  • Check the hoses integrity.

  • Replace the valve, checking the proper tightening torque (as indicated at pt. 1).

  • Replace the valve.

  • Verify whether the external sealing O-ring is intact, and, if necessary, replace the component.

  • Verify whether the manual valve is open.
  • For valves equipped with electrovalve, check the electrical wires connections.

  • Verify whether the manual valve of the filling valve is open.

  • Verify whether the fitting is untied. The tighten torque shall be 10 ± 2 Nm.
  • Check the hoses connection and, in particular, whether nuts and bi-conical joints are properly fixed. The tightening torque shall not exceed 5 Nm.

  • Verify whether dirt contaminants are present in the reducer and, if necessary, maintain it with the proper revision kit, as provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.
  • Verify whether the system settings are correct, in accordance with the supplier’s Electronic Control Unit guidebook.

  • Verify whether the fitting is damaged and, if necessary, replace the reducer.
  • Check the hose connection.

  • Maintain the reducer with the revision kit provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.

  • Check the hoses integrity and the hose clamps tightening.

  • Maintain the reducer replacing the water pipes.

  • Maintain the reducer with the revision kit provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.

  • Verify whether the installation procedure of all the components has been performed as per the Technical manual and installation guide.
  • Verify whether the electro valve has been damaged.
  • Check the hoses integrity.
  • Verify whether dirt contaminants are present in the reducer.
  • Verify, in traditional kits, whether the system has been set as per the Technical manual and installation guide.

  • Check the water circuit connections.
  • Verify whether the reducer has been positioned in the vehicle as per the Technical manual and installation guide.

  • Verify, with proper gas detectors (as water with soap or electronic sniffers), whether the tap and the connections are not damaged, and, if necessary, replace the components.

  • Maintain the electro valve with the revision kit provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.
  • If the sealing seat or the rail body are damaged, replace the product.

  • Check the coils electrical connections.
  • Maintain the electro valve with the revision kit provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.

  • Maintain the plunger with the revision kit provided by Tomasetto Achille Spa.

  • Verify whether the nozzles measure complies with the system specifications, as reported in the ECU guidebook and, if necessary, replace them.
